Product must be unopened and in original condition

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

Non-Refundable Items
Opened, used items (hygiene reasons)

Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

Return Process
Email snugglestrand@outlook.com with order number and reason.

Await return memo and shipping label (provided for ineligible items we shipped in error).

Send items back following instructions.

Refunds
